The Conversation Workshop

Having a Conversation with a loved one about end of life wishes can be difficult.
Did you know that 90% of people say that talking with loved ones about end of life care is very important, yet only 27% have done so? Truth is, it’s hard to know where or how to start the conversation.
The Board of Deacons of the Briarcliff Congregational Church invites you to a workshop designated to beginning that important work.
The Conversation Project (Institute for Healthcare Improvement) has created a workbook that takes you through the basics and offers tips on how to broach these important discussions with people who care about you…people who want to do right by you if you were suddenly unable to communicate with them.

This program will take place on Monday, May 21 at 7:30 pm and Tuesday, May 22 at 10:30 am in the Eastman Room at BCC. The public is invited and there is no charge for this program or the Starter Kit that you will receive.
