9/11 Day of Remembrance and Healing

On September 11 the Deacons will open the doors of BCC for quiet reflection and healing in the presence of God’s love.

The Deacons will be available in the sanctuary from 10am-11:30am for a time of self guided reflection using candles, quiet music, and two interactive features that will allow participants to remember loved ones who died as a result of the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01 and, reflect on where healing has come from since that day. A brief reflection guide will be prepared for those who wish to sit in reflection.

At 7pm Rev. Farnsworth and the Deacons will lead a service of remembrance and healing in the sanctuary. The community is welcome to attend either or both events.
