July 28th will be our annual joint worship service and picnic with First Congregational Church – Chappaqua at Gedney Park (off Route 133) in Millwood. The service will start at 10:30 a.m. in the park pavilion and will be immediately followed by a wonderful meal and fellowship with our friends from Chappaqua. Child care and activities for the young ones will be provided. Tables and picnic benches are available, or you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. Don’t forget the hats and sunscreen!
The park pavilion is located on the left about one mile inside the park entrance, so don’t be tempted to leave your car in the lots by the entrance. There is a small parking area on the right directly across from the pavilion that you can use (please do not park immediately adjacent to the pavilion as this area is reserved for unloading and those with disabled permits), and a larger parking lot just past the pavilion by the softball fields.
