Crop Walk, Oct. 5

On  Saturday, October 5 at 1 pm, we will step out as people of faith against hunger in our community…and beyond!

CROP Walk is believed to be the oldest charity fundraising walk in the country. It began in 1969 and has been helping people address hunger issues ever since. To read more about the origins of CROP Walk, click here.

This year’s walk will begin at the Briarcliff Congregational Church Parish House (30 South State Road in Briarcliff Manor) and proceed through the village and into Law Park. There are 1 mile and 3-mile options for walkers to participate in.

Following the walk, there will be a celebration in the  Parish House and all are welcome to rejoice in our accomplishment!

Like last year, 25% of the money raised will stay locally to support the Ossining Food Pantry and a portion of the money raised will make its way into the world and support the work of Church World Service.
